Hi there! i was lucky to had my camp before the napha test commence! I was all warmed up and ready to give it a shot! anyway it is over,and i JUST MET THE REQUIREMENT TO GET GOLD!!!!!
2.4km walk/run
This one very long liao...i didn't do so well, i got D , so...2 points! i got 5th position ,the rest behind me surly 2 or less points..haha
incline pull-up
My favourite...29> to A, Sec 1 i did 40+ lol...but i stop at 30 ,cause don't want to waste anymore energy cause got A liao..5 points for that!
Shuttle run
Didn't expect myself to do so well,last time i always got E ,D so lan...now i got B ,very easy now... 4 points! under 10.4 seconds
Sit up
Yes! I also didn't expect myself to do so well on this too, i force myself to get 43 to pass! got A , 5points! stomach really,really pain..argg
standing board jump
This is my lousest ...ability...I suck, i jump ...cannot jump far,notice my legs not that powerful , i got 188cm ,then second jump 214, teacher say cannot,i slide,so 1 more time , 200+ then i slide a little bit..still cannot...wa lao,teacher dun give me anymore chance ,so took 188cm .... stupid teacher.. :X , 2 points :'(
Sit and reach
Last 1 , i knew i need 21 points to get gold, I got 18 now,so i just need an C to get gold!!! And i DID it!!! wooho, 1st time got gold..hey boys leh..if we all boys take girls ,then we all 27+ points liao..haha
ok...end of story, singkiat told me a story..which is true...his ex-girlfriend,from ...other school ,was kana raped in jurong point staircase...i pity her sia... hum.too bad i dunno her. The boy is in boys home...thats all..sleepy,i wanna go to bed!
