Yesterday i had the most toughest camp for scouts at sirambum camp... although it is 2 days 1 night,it is very tough.
When reaching the camp, i thought it would be fun, i packed my heavy camping bag ,with 3 days supply of clothes, 1 day supply of food, toliet roll, lighter...and other equipment for survival.
1100 hours
Yes! reached the camp...looks nice from the outside,many huts,A-frame house , nice green fields...but when reach the camp..they brought us deeper ,not so far..maybe 70m deep only..IT was all wet and muddy!

They expect us to build tents,kitchen,bags on this muddy wet ground? no choice,my sir is shouting at us..like NS liao...or kana 20+ pumpings,who knows, I don't want to put my hands on the mud. So...i felt...um..unhappy lor, anyway I force myself to go to this camp is to train my strenght,stamina,persevernce,resposiblity (yep..must be responsible for your friends , items,things assgined to do..like wash toliet)

Taking materials to build our campsite..hum..let's see, 40 pieces of ropes,40 floor boards 6kg each, 5 tables 10kg each ,10 benches 3kg each, 100 inner structure frame for the tents (the tent is big) , 6 outer cover for the tents, 6 shealter for kicthen , 6 of the 12kg gas tanks, 6 stove for cooking...hum..that's all, wanna count all the weight i carry? of course i don't carry all, let's say we spilt the job into 20 persons. It would be ...i carried 300kg of items in total.

Sun is high in the sky,heating thigns up, the tent inside reaches 50 degrees , like suna, my waterbottle left in the sun expaneded and the water like come out from oven. all our camping stuff are hot,especially the black ones.The sir pushes us on the move, never, then all fall in at one spot and do 20 pumpings , well..we did 60+ for being slow, make our arms even more tired..i want to die liao leh..and this is only the first 4 hours of camp...
1530 hours
Yes! campsite finish,all exhausted, our sir give us previleged to drink up the 1.5 litre bottle in 1 go, of course it is impossible...lol, i only drink 1/4 of it. Then after this,we went kyating ,fun leh...but not as fun when carrying the 30-50kg kyat down the 200 meter slope... I NO STRENGHT AFTER BUILDING THE CAMPSITE!!! , this is hell,somemore carry under hot sun. Anyway we took 1 hours just to reach the sea...
1630hours
Reached the sea..not as clean as i tought..milky brown water with tiny organiums swimming..heckcare,i got in my canoe , rest my legs and hands liao, but can't,still need to pedal far away from shore...hands tired...no strenght.. well, anyway first thing we got there is eat dinner out in sea,that's the fun part! , bad part is we have to complete or kyating 2-star course (our sir is also a trainer also,he teaches the public how to kyat) We did it 14mins in 400m !!! and pass yay...moving on the 3-star... which requires to turn your kyat unside down in water and rightside up using your ores only!.,and ouchy,...the ores made of firbre glass,cut my hands and very icthey

Don't want to eleborate alot on this..is the same thing,carry back the stupid,****ing heavy kyat back to campsite. ,

getting dark...there is only 2 sources of light,main entrance and toliet light..It is still dark,we cook our own food, cabbage rice and chicken,not many things...

Prepared for night hike... they said would end 1-2 hours ,but end up at 2am..anyway we walked out of campsite, about 3km away to a jetty...A police sea patrol jetty..we went there and rest...lie down at look at stars..
2230 hours
One of our seniors asked us a question, tired or not? we said yes, then he said..good,let's do some excercise to wake you up, Then we quickly said no..he said..wa ,so much strenght,lets do even more excercise ...in the end we did 20 jumping jacks at 1am when i am feeling very tired liao...so stupid..well... couldn't get any worse...when i get back to camp,our sir still got activity for us to do,find 20 spakerler sticks hidden in the tall grass, that took us 20mins... when we found them, we lit then up and celebrate..dunno for wad..anyway,that's the end of the day..we went to sleep at 2am....

Woke up straight away do excercise! lol!,tired leh...
0630 hours
Had our breakfast, egg with bread, scramble eggs, bread with curry ,milo drink and ..ota! they gives us only 40 mins to eat, including cooking time!
0700-1000 hours
Packing of campsite.... same as when building the campsite..carry everything back
1030 hours
Last hike of the camp,around the whole sarambun camp..it is nice and big,all belongs to the scouts. yep...i think it is around 1.5km by 300meters.. so it shape like a rectagle...very amazing stuffs around the campsite,got 1 is slide down into a pool of muddy water..yucks,of course i don't wanna do that.

Bid farewell to our campsite ,we do miss it..don't know why,like we left something behind...not an object..but our sence of ...interest....argg..can't eleborate on this, got 1 funny feeling when you miss the place that you stay at for a long period of time.,then later our sir really ask us to clean toliet..lol,dirty like...like..shit!!!shit!! yucks..

The transport bus came back..never been so glad to see buses in my life again! yes! back to pioneer sec,never been so happy to see concreate floors,pure water cooler, roads, land transport!!!!! This is a kind of feeling when you are taken away from cvilization and technology and surviving on nature...well,that's all scouts all about

After the camp...well, I finnally know i can make it through out the whole camp..yea..i feel that i am stronger..and relize i got actully alot of potential energy in me that i never use. got a secrect also...anyway if i blog here,not a secret anymore..I got think of irene many times in the camp..,well ,bye
